A smaller Iowa casino is the Diamond Jo, a water based gambling den in Dubuque, with 17,813 square feet, 776 one armed bandits, and 19 table games. The Catfish Bend river boat, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 sq.ft., 535 slot machines, and 14 table games. One more Iowa river based gambling hall, The Isle of Capri, is open all day and night, with 24,939 sq.ft., 1,100 slot machines, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 sq.ft. river boat casino in Clinton, has 506 slots, 14 table games, live shows, and Thursday blackjack events.
Iowa casinos present a great amount of tax income to the government of Iowa, which has allowed the bankrolling of a good many state wide projects. Vacationers have grown at a fast rate accompanied with the demand for services and a gain in jobs. Iowa gambling halls have contributed to the advancement of the market, and the affection for betting in Iowa is across the board.
